Can I cancel or transfer my registration?

Registration Policy:

Transfer of registration is only permitted within the same company.
No transfers are allowed across different companies.

Is transportation available from the airport to the venue?

Please note that attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation from the airport to their hotel and to the summit venue, Innovation Place. Do you provide invitation letters for visas?

Yes, we provide invitation letters to support your Canadian visa application. Please register for the summit and request an invitation letter by emailing [info@voazokagritours.ca] and attaching a copy of your passport bio page. We will provide a personalized letter with summit details and your registration confirmation. Important: The Canada-Ghana Agribusiness Summit Committee does not offer visa advice or assistance. It is the sole responsibility of participants to secure their own visas to attend the Summit. Please ensure you understand and comply with Canadian visa requirements.

Who is the target audience for the summit?

The target audience for the Canada-Ghana Agribusiness Summit includes professionals and stakeholders from the agricultural industry, such as farmers, producers, agribusiness executives, investors, government officials, researchers, and international trade officials. Additionally, representatives from agricultural technology providers, sustainability organizations, and students/young professionals are also encouraged to attend. Can I bring a guest or colleague?

Yes, you may attend with your partner or colleagues. However, if they are attending the Summit, a separate registration will be required. Please note that we do not provide invitation letters to non-attendees.
